Her experience includes international development work featured in Cien Casas, a publication celebrating architectural excellence across Latin America. Dolce Far Niente—her project in San Juanillo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica—was selected as one of only seven Costa Rican homes included among the 100 most distinctive properties across 15 Latin American countries. Janet’s career also spans product design—holding patented and trademarked products—and leadership roles in medical sales, strengthening her ability to navigate complex challenges and advocate for her clients with clarity and confidence. As a former teacher of Marketing, Fine and Applied Arts, and Printing and Packaging Occupations, she believes deeply in empowering people through education, ensuring every decision feels informed and every step feels supported.
